Mana Property Management
We are an award winning property management team in Dunedin.
We understand that thorough and high-quality property management should be achieved with minimum costs and maximum value for money. Thus you will be pleasantly surprised to find that our fees are highly competitive in the marketplace. This value continues through to the maintenance of your investment. Mana Property Management is able to pass on substantial discounts which it is able to source, from many years in the industry, through its network of trade specialists and suppliers.
Additionally, as a member of the OPIA, NZPIF, LPMA NZ, and with property management-specific legal counsel on call, Mana Property Management can call on the experience and resources of some of Dunedin's, Otago's and New Zealand's best minds and information.
Maree's previous role was Associate Partner at Findex, an Australasian accountancy firm with 25 offices throughout NZ. Prior to that she was with KPMG London and KPMG Sydney. Her 15 years as a financial statement auditor have given her very detailed exposure to all sorts of investment entities, including property investment and banking entities. It has also given her an eye for detail. Maree is a Chartered Accountant of both the NZ and UK institutes.
More recently at Findex, Maree headed up the New Zealand Compliance function, making the increasing focus on compliance in the property management industry second nature for her.
Maree has her own personal experience as a property investor (some ups and some downs!), and of course, as a tenant.
Maree is looking to bring a personal angle to how we care for tenants on behalf of our owners, and to increase the usefulness of the information we provide our owners so they can efficiently manage their portfolios. Her ultimate goal is for Mana Property Management to be a leader in the New Zealand property management industry.
LeanneSenior Property Manager
Leanne has over 20 years of unique property and project experience, overseeing a diverse range of portfolios around the world, from 7 star safari lodges in Africa, to private residential resorts in Asia.
Her role as Senior Property Manager is to oversee the property management function and to focus on the condition of our managed properties. She manages renovation projects, both large and small, works with owners on maintenance plans for the future and is heading up our work to achieve Healthy Homes compliance across our portfolio.
While Leanne's personality is very much "no-nonsense", her diverse experience in a range of different cultures brings a certain empathy to her dealings with tenants which is perfectly aligned to Mana Property's ethos of strong, compassionate property management.
We are pulling together a bio for Rohina - check back shortly or give us a buzz at the office and Rohina will be happy to introduce herself.
AnnaProperty Manager - Property Accounts
Anna has flourished from the ground up in her role at Mana. She is one of only a few in New Zealand who have completed the New Zealand Certificate in Property Management and she also has completed a New Zealand Certificate in Business Administration. A born and bred Dunedin girl, Anna has that local experience which is invaluable when dealing with Dunedin properties and their locality and surroundings. While she is youthful at heart she shows real maturity when dealing with owners and tenants alike and quickly shows her experience and knowledge.
When Anna is not working she enjoys socialising with family and friends, relaxing in Central Otago and getting stuck in doing a bit of DIY on her own home.
