Having grown up in Dunedin, my involvement in local property began early and has come full circle. From carrying out maintenance in student flats as a teenager, and living in them as a scarfie, to owning a home and managing rentals across Dunedin. This local knowledge and experience complements more than 15 years in property management.
I thrive on the vibrancy of the work, getting out and about with a variety of people and properties, and finding the best solution for my property owners and tenants. In all aspects of property management, communication is key. I find if you follow up on the small things and remain calmly persistent, you’ll find most problems can be resolved.
Away from work, playing golf is my favourite way to keep fit and unwind, and spending time with my young family.
