At 1am this morning boarder controls were introduced meaning mandatory isolation at home for those arriving back into NZ.

Please read the following self isolation guidance from the Ministry of Health if this affects you or anyone you are in contact with (for instance if you are supporting someone in self isolation with food deliveries etc):

https://www.health.govt.nz/our-work/diseases-and-conditions/covid-19-novel-coronavirus/covid-19-novel-coronavirus-health-advice-general-public/covid-19-novel-coronavirus-staying-home-self-isolation

Our staff are in the midst of a cycle of property inspections, so as usual, we may need to enter your property. Equally, we regularly send tradespeople to the properties we manage to fix things or work on renovations.

Please inform us as soon as possible if you have a person self isolating in your home, regardless of it is because of the new boarder controls, or because that person has suspicious symptoms.

We do not want to compromise your isolation, and nor do we want to put our staff, tradespeople or their families at risk either. Everyone has vulnerable family and friends in their lives whom we must help to protect.

Please comply diligently with all the guidance put out by the Ministry of Health.

Please contact our office if you would like to discuss further.
